The Crossing at Willow Bay is an approximately 182 acre gated community subdivided into 82 lots.  Many diverse and stunning lots are still available.  The lots vary in size with the largest estate lot 3 ½+ acres, and the majority in the 1 to 1 1/2 acre range.

Our gorgeous 81 slip marina has 49 slips available with shore power, a boat launch, fuel dock, and pump-out station. Our two docks have power lights.

The Willow Bay Café is on the waterfront at the marina. We’ve got a great indoor restaurant as well as outdoor and covered patios. Great food and drink specials every Friday – Sunday.

RV & Campground

Our RV Campground is located next to the marina with views of surrounding mountains & the Pend Oreille River. We have 18 sites available to book with fire pits, picnic tables, and 30 amp power available.
